Top o' the mornin' to ya!

That's how I greeted my husband this morning.

(My St. Patrick's Day decor)

I'm in a total Irish state of mind.

I've been listening to an "Irish Traditional" station on Pandora and jigging the day away.  Every now and then I speak to the kids in an Irish accent, but stop when it starts to sounds like a pirate.  (Am I the only one who blends those two?)

I spent 20 minutes on Youtube last night, watching River Dance and anything Michael Flatley.  "His feet fly about as if independent from his body!"

The background on my phone has a rainbow on it.

I'm looking forward to watching P.S. I Love You tonight while folding the 5 loads of laundry I pushed through today.

Tomorrow's menu consists of pancakes in the shape of shamrocks and scrambled eggs, both dyed green.  For dinner: Baked POTATO soup.  Forget the corned beef.  We're going potato in honor of my Irish ancestors.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! May the luck o' the Irish be with ya!

Just wanted to let you know that appreciated your Friends reference (that Michael Flatley joke was from Friends, wasn't it?) Made me smile :)

Also, sorry to hear your baby is 2 :(

We need to get together soon, Mason has been asking about your boys.

I think an Irish pirate would sound awesome. I totally pooped out on St. Patrick's day this year. We didn't even eat anything green for dinner. Well, except lettuce in our salad....does that count?
