... I just caught the Hulk pooping in the pool in our front yard.
... The Hulk woke up soaking wet last night.
... That child might need some more potty-motivators. (In his defense, his tummy has been a little rumbly the last few days.)
... I got less than 5 hours of sleep last night.
... I've taken Excedrin migraine every morning for the past week.
... The purchase of our new home might fall through the day of closing.
... Our loan officer hasn't done a great job processing our home loan.
... The stress from this last month might actually give me a heart attack. Or at least a few gray hairs.
... I cried during "What Would You Do?" last night.
... I was skinnier 2 mos. postpartum than I am now.
... I hope to have a gym membership someday.
... Being a grown-up really, really, really sucks sometimes.

I don't want to potty train. Ever. And yet, I'll be doing it in three weeks. So dreading it.
I heart the last two sentences.
I hope things work out with your house!
If we both survive this next month, let's go on a long walk together and get rid of all the stress-weight.
At least you know NONE of this will last forever, right? RIGHT?
Good thoughts
Sounds like you need a Girls Night Out!
I completely and whole-heartedlt agree that being a grown-up sucks sometimes. But the good thing is that we get to stay up later than the kids and when the kids are in bed, it's easier to sit on the couch with some of your hidden chocolate and maybe cry a little.

It really DOES suck sometimes! I'm of course glad to have my kids and my husband, but sometimes I really miss those carefree teenage days of just hanging out and playing and having a good time. Don't you miss those?

I LOATHE poop. But I love Excedrin Migraine. And I almost cried during an old episode of Dr. Who the other day, which is pretty pathetic since it was about aliens with octopus beards.
I hope your house stuff all works out perfectly.
