I got stung by a bee. Right on the soft tissue below my eye. I didn't even have time to try to "send him love" like they suggest in The Secret Life of Bees. He just ran into me and stung me. Twerp.At least now I know I'm not allergic to bee stings. I just look like a battered woman.
Superman killed some flies in the kitchen. That's not the first time he's done that, just the first time he's used MY SPATULA to do it.
Seriously. My spatula.
He couldn't find the fly-swatter.
Pesky pests.

Dave uses the paper towel roll to kill flies so he can dispose of the weapon quickly. He won't allow a fly swatter in the house because he thinks it's too gross.
Sorry about your bee sting. I think I've only been stung once. There was a bee on the seat of my car at Broulim's in Rexburg. I got stung in the back when I sat down. It was ouchie.

Oh, I am so sorry about the bee sting. I would think that would hurt more than the regular sting since there's no muscle underneath to absorb the pain. Ouch! Also, I'll be sending you a new spatula for your birthday! Ü

Here's the miserable news I learned recently from a friend who grew up on a bee farm and IS allergic: you BECOME allergic to bees the more you're stung by them. She wasn't allergic until her 12th sting. Now she's deathly allergic, like anaphylactic shock-type allergic.
So just don't get stung again. :)

I caught John before he had actually killed anything with the spatula. Thank goodness.
Splenda sprays them with windex until they fall helpless and then he kills them. Not cool trying to figure out where in the crap all the windex is sprayed so I can clean it up!
