Takin' it down a notch

I don't really have much else to say.

Well, that's not exactly true. I have a lot to say, just no desire blog it right now.

Blog lunch = AWESOME. All you Utah bloggers who couldn't make it missed out on a fun (if slightly overpriced) lunch.

Host a Murder party = COMPLETE BLAST. So glad we did it. Looking forward to the next one.

I have about 5 posts swirling about in my head, but I'm just gonna get to 'em when I get to 'em. My family is coming to visit for a few weeks. Between getting ready for their arrival and playing with them, I'm making no promises and will adhere to no imaginary deadlines I set for myself.

But I'm sure that voicing these plans outloud will only make me want to blog more, so we'll see how it goes.

What about you? Slowing down with summer? Or is life less crazy with no school to worry about?

I agree with the price of lunch, I was a bit shocked, but I'd never eaten there before so I wasn't sure what to expect... luckily it was enough food for 3 meals for me!! So I guess that's not too bad... Have a great week!

We have some things planned in the next few weeks, but overall we are pretty relaxed around here.

Have fun getting ready to spend time with family!

Missed out on the lunch, but for a very good reason.

Still busy, as always. I'm not sick of the kids yet, but they're already getting LOUD and BORED. By August, they'll be ready to kill each other.

Now that the sun has come back, I've actually found a litte more time to blog, since the kids are outside playing all day.
We did spend a few hours by the pool today.
That's what I love about Summer.

I thought summer would be more relaxed but I've yet to feel it. No plans to slow down though, trucking along.
Have fun with your family in town, it sounds like it'll be a blast.

Maybe we can have a blogger play date at the Library park sometime this summer. MAYBE hahahahaha... YES a Bloggers Moms Day out in the Park!

Life is less crazy but summer makes me lazy so I'm slowing down to three times a week. I'm kind of a compulsive blogger so it's a big shift for me, but so far, I like it.

I keep thinking life is getting less crazy but then it doesn't get less crazy! Yesterday I had 4 extra kids. Today- NO FRIENDS! I need to get the house and yard in order. The ward is hosting a summer party in our cul-de-sac and I've got to try and make sure we don't look like the neighborhood white trash! LOL!

I think it's pretty evident that I've slowed down quite a bit.

I love the "Prisoner of Summer" bit. That's so true.

I'm slowing down because I'm trying to get my kitchen finished up. After that who knows?

I'm sad I missed the lunch.

Just get to it whenever you can, no pressure! I know what you mean though, I always feel pressure to get my pictures edited and posted on my blog before too much time has gone by. Summer is pretty much the same amount of business for me, since there's no school for my kids yet. Have fun!
