Ever find yourself kicking your shoes off wherever you want to, but get after your kids every time they take off their shoes and don't put them away?
Or turn off the TV after 2 straight hours of PBS and tell them to play in their rooms, only to turn the TV back on to watch TLC or HGTV?
Ever let your kids eat in the living room, then get frustrated when you find food ground into the carpet/couch?
Or get after your kids for whining, then just go complain on your blog? (Hey, at least you don't get the whiney tone of voice. That's the worst part!)
Ever have a child ask for something, reply with, "I'll get it in just a minute," forget, have them ask you again in a few moments, then you get after them for whining and not being patient?
Ever put off starting dinner for whatever reason, but get after your husband for not taking out the trash exactly when you ask?

Such is life! to a T, and mine is only 18 months. Sometimes I think..if you could only talk and tell me what you want instead of whining, but them, I'm sure when he does talk better he will have a whole different set of problems to complain about! And life goes on.
