I lied a little bit when I said the friend's birthday party was next week. It was last night. But the friend who's party it was reads my blog and it was a surprise party. I made a cute, fake Twilight movie ticket, got a gift card for the amount of a ticket, a big cup from the movie theater (which I had to pay FULL PRICE FOR), some boxed candy and microwave popcorn. It was really cute, and she loved it. I told her to save the cup, 'cuz she could take it and get a drink. Thanks for the idea, Pam!
Superman read my post and decided to find the answer to my Beauty and Beast question. Started searching all kinds of movie and Disney sites. He seriously looked for like 45 minutes. I kept saying, "They probably just needed a word to rhyme with "see" and "Charming" and came up with "three." But he was relentless in his quest. He finally found a site to ask any movie question and they post the answers. So he submitted the question, and we'll have to check back and see if anyone could answer it. (I really don't think there's an answer.)
And I'm going to check out Hulu in a little bit for the shows I missed. Thanks for the suggestion!
At my friend's party last night, her husband gave her a Wii Fit!! We hooked it up and played for hours. I set a ski jumping record, bowled a 133 (with a TURKEY!) and had fun hula hooping. Doing the hula hoop was harder than it looked! That's actually not a bad workout! I had a blast. I stayed there till after 2 am with a 45 minute drive home!! Superman stayed home with the kids, so I didn't have to worry about a babysitter. (This counted as my date with myself, Mechelle!) I was glad I went. She and I have a playdate scheduled for Monday. We plan on locking the kids in her basement playing the Wii!!! They'll be fine.......

I searched high and low for one of those Wii Fits- for months. I finally got one and do you think I've even tried it yet? After reading your post it sounds like I need to try it out tonight.
My honey was offended by the wii fit because it told him, more or less, that he was fat. I said "Uh, you didn't know?" and he said of course he knew but he shouldn't have an eletronic device he paid for insult him. Poor bunny.
Maybe because I already knew it was Kiera's birthday -- but that is exactly who I thought you were talking about. So I had her covered with Jam and Rolls!! I only didn't get to personally give them to her because she was already gone for the evening. I'm glad that you all had fun.
the hula hoop is super crazy! did you try any of the yoga? I think the dance step was hard too!

I want a wii fit but I can't stand the whole video game concept. Could be a problem huh? lol
Oh well. I LOVe THE hula hoop thing. I saw a lady on Regis and Kelly who had an aerobic workd DVD using hula hoops, said it was great for your core. I went and spend the $5.00 buck on one and I love it. It is way harder than you think it should be, but it does work. I'm seeing results already even with being horrible at it. I also bought a jump rope and try to jump at least 100 timesfor right now, I 'll work my way up. Anyway, maybe I'll rethink the whole video game thing. ??? Do You think you can wii fit with out the wii? I could convert....

That Wii Fit sounds really fun! Maybe I'll get it for Stephen for Christmas or something. Staying up until 2 am playing it is SO something I would do. I'm a total night owl when given the opportunity!
